Abstract submission
All abstract submissions are peer-reviewed. Please do not include authors names and affiliations in the abstract body since these are blinded to reviewers.
The body of the abstract should be no longer than 2400 characters, and the count includes characters and spaces in the following:
Title: a maximum of 400 characters; Body: a maximum of 2000 characters.
If subheadings are appropriate for your abstract, please use the following:
- Introduction
- Materials and Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
Choose a theme that is most relevant for your presentation, please select from the following:
- Craniofacial/Cleft lip and palate Surgery
- Breast reconstruction
- Transgender Surgery
- Cosmetic Surgery
- Microsurgery
- Other Reconstructive Surgery
- Skin Cancer
- Other
We recommend using Word for editing your abstract and counting the number of words.
The text and title should be typed with single line spacing, using Times New Roman 12.
The easiest way is to paste the title and abstract text into appropriate boxes.
All co-authors and their affiliation must be registered at the author’s site.
Presentation format
- Oral presentation: Each presentation will be allocated 10 or 15 minutes and be presented under a free paper session or a specific session found appropriate by the organizing committee.
- Poster presentation: The lead author or co-author must be available at the poster board on scheduled times for presentation and discussion. The size of the poster boards is: 120cm x 90cm (height x width). Velcro fittings will be provided.
The organizing committee might ask the authors to change the presentation format from poster to oral or vice versa.
